Is axis units displaying supported?Return to overview

In the case of preparing publication-ready drawings, it is usually required to display the units of the numbers
shown at the axis ticks. Is it supported? (I guess is should be implemented in layes "axis" close to the
axis arrowhead. How collisions with the values shown at the ticks can be avoided?)

Couldnt you just add it to the axis title? QCPAxis::setLabel(QString). this is usually where they put the units i.e. Acceleration (m/s^2)

Yes I can. But it reduces plot area, and if all my graphs data are taken as intensity versus energy, writing these two words in axis title does not carry much information. The units do.

you could probably make a couple QCPItemText objects and put them in the correct location on the axis.
